"After Meter" Services

Starting from our specialists’ experience, but also on the annual client satisfaction survey, we identified that our consumers complain mostly about problems they have at the interior heating installations. According to the national hot water and heat contract, the operator's responsibility ends at the connection meter. However, Dalkia decided to go beyond this contractual constraint - any of our consumers’ problem becomes our own, and we try every time to develop dedicated solutions.

That is why we developed a new series of services meant to solve this type of difficulties occurring in the area of responsibility of the Owners’ Associations: service contract, recirculation extension inside buildings, contract for providing services.

The Service Contract

This contract provides:

• emergency intervention 24/24 hours, in less than 60 minutes, simply by calling the Dalkia Call Center at 0 800 800 255 (free of charge)
• localization and emergency insulation of the damages occurred in the hot water and heating installations of the building
• emergency remedy of the small damages, that need small spare parts and materials
• every summer, the technical revision of the hot water and heating installations of common ownership
• technical diagnosis done during wintertime, followed by a set of recommendations from our specialists including the measures that should be taken in order to improve the functioning of interior installations
  
  

Contract for Providing Services

Our company performs works at the hot water and heating installations for Owners Associations by the contract for providing services. The contract mainly mentions its object, the cost and the deadline of the respective work.

The Owners Associations that signed a providing services contract with us benefit from a 50% reduction for the amount of the manual labor performed by our teams.

Recirculation Extension Inside Buildings

During the past years, after the installation of individual system of consumption measuring, the water consumption registered a major drop. One of the effects of this decrease is the cooling of the hot water in the buildings’ interior installations, the water stagnating inside the pipelines. The advantages of our offer are:

• immediately after opening the tap, hot water begins to flow - the quality increases up to 100%
• the decrease of the wasted volume of hot water which had previously cooled by stagnation inside the pipelines - economy of energy and volume
• the temperature of hot water can be fixed very easily - every Owners Association can set the desired temperature of the hot water
