The commercial development strategy of Dalkia in Romania focuses on the special attention given to private companies. Besides providing hot water and heat, we intend to develop a series of services addressed to companies that are active in the tertiary & industrial field.

In 2007, Dalkia will have an FM team (Facilities Management - Global Services) that will focus mainly at the tertiary and industrial field; the team will offer to future clients a new series of services: building energetic audits and global building management; buying primary energies for the industrial field; the operation of energetic utilities (electricity, heat, steam, compressed air, chilling); the operation, maintenance and surveillance of the installations; security and access control systems; auxiliary services (cleaning, grass plots, reception, correspondence), etc.

This initiative is an integrant part of the lasting development strategy adopted by Dalkia since its arrival in Romania, being fully aware of the importance that energy services have and will have for every institution or apartment owner.
